Location: São Paulo · SP
Programme: Apartment
Area: 140 m²
Scope: Renovation and interiors
Status: Completed and lived in

The project

Wood from floor to ceiling, quartzite and linen at the windows. An apartment that embraces whoever arrives.

In the renovation, the living room gained a large timber panel that organises the TV, shelving and doorways. The grey ceiling and the linen curtains along the entire façade keep the wood in the foreground.

Living, dining and kitchen flow along a single route, in tones of wood, graphite and green. Every piece was made to measure, from the lit bar to the study.

Living room with a floor-to-ceiling timber panel, TV, modular sofa and linen curtains along the façade — The timber panel runs across the whole living room.

Oval pale stone table with green chairs, fabric pendant lights and a wood and glass cabinet — The dining room

01The dining room

Linen light over stone.

Fabric pendants light the oval table in pale stone. Alongside, the bar, the wine cellar and the glass cabinet set the stage for entertaining.

Kitchen with a black quartzite worktop and wall, graphite cabinets, built-in ovens and a stool — The kitchen

02The kitchen

Quartzite and graphite joinery.

Black quartzite rises from the worktop up the wall and sets the tone of the kitchen. Built-in ovens, a dark hood and a counter for everyday meals.

Bar in a wooden niche with a black quartzite counter, lit bottles and a glass cabinet above — The bar

03The bar

A niche of stone and light.

Set into the joinery, the quartzite bar lights the bottles from below. A detail designed for those who love to entertain.
