Stations designed for teaching.
Ranges in a row, generous hoods and pale stone: everything in sight, so every gesture can be followed up close.
A culinary school with tradition and the soul of a home.
Studio kitchens, library and café along a single route. A place where learning also means welcoming.
The project brings together kitchens for filming, cooking shows and classes, a café, library, shop, memorial museum and coworking space along one continuous route, linked by mezzanines and light stairs. Timber ceilings, indirect light and deep colours bring warmth to a space of intense work.
Every kitchen was designed to teach: generous worktops, equipment in plain sight and tables close by to taste, talk and try again.

Ranges in a row, generous hoods and pale stone: everything in sight, so every gesture can be followed up close.

Floor-to-ceiling shelves hold the extensive library, carefully planned to bring knowledge to coffee time.

Plates, utensils and keepsakes receive their tribute, and the history of gastronomy becomes part of the route.
